Hi, I’m Lauren Douglas! I’m a four-time marathoner, ACE-certified personal trainer and mom-of-one. I believe staying active is crucial to physical and mental wellbeing – even more so as we age. The habits you establish now will help you remain healthy, strong, and fit later in life. That’s why I love the philosophy of making fitness fun.

My goal is to help empower you to build healthy habits, prevent injuries, and realize your own strength and self-confidence through individualized fitness coaching and support.

One-on-one personal training

Whether you want to lose weight, improve your flexibility, or get stronger, I’ll create a personalized training plan and work with you one-on-one so that we can get you closer to your goals with each session — and have fun doing it. I currently see clients online through video conferencing and at convenient outdoor locations.

Coaching with daily workouts

Don’t need one-on-one support? With this option, you’ll receive daily workouts that you can work into your own schedule. You’ll also have access to me via text, phone, or email to help you get through the highs and lows.
